Refund Policy

BlueKey Vacancy Marketing provides vacancy marketing and renter lead delivery services on a flat-fee basis. Due to the nature of lead delivery services, all fees are subject to the following refund policy:

No Refunds After Lead Delivery
Once renter lead information has been delivered to the property manager, all fees are non-refundable. Delivery of the lead constitutes fulfillment of the service.

Lead Delivery Definition
A lead is considered delivered when renter contact information and basic qualification details are sent to the property manager via email, form submission, or agreed-upon delivery method.

No Guarantee of Lease or Approval
BlueKey does not guarantee tenant approval, lease execution, occupancy, or rental outcomes. All leasing decisions remain solely with the property manager.

Duplicate or Invalid Leads
If a lead is confirmed to be:

  • A duplicate lead previously delivered by BlueKey, or

  • Clearly invalid due to system error (incorrect contact information)

BlueKey may, at its discretion, replace the lead or issue a credit toward a future service. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.

Advertising & Marketing Costs
Fees cover vacancy marketing efforts and lead generation services. Marketing costs, time, and resources are non-refundable regardless of leasing outcome.

Service Termination
If services are terminated prior to any lead delivery, prepaid fees for undelivered services may be refunded or credited at BlueKey’s discretion.
